Anna Zgambo is pursuing a PhD in Literature at the University of Zambia with a focus on lyric poetry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English studies from the University of Pretoria and a Master of Arts in Literature from the University of Zambia. Anna is a Ngoma Awards Finalist, Zed Rasta Awards Winner, Canon Book Beneficiary, Hope Prize Protégé, and 2024 Idembeka Creative Writing Fellow. She lives in Lusaka.
